HEY!
I’M ANDREW.
A digital storyteller, content creator, entrepreneur and an unshakable optimist focused on mentoring others to cultivate self-awareness, build their brand and tell their story.
I already told you a little bit about who I am, but who I am really is someone who simply lives and loves to help others. I want everyday people to become the heroes of their stories.
But when I start helping others, I always get asked, “Andrew, what’s your origin story?”
Which is why I’m telling your here.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by life’s deeper meaning. You could say that curiosity is just one of my superpowers. I’m also curious to know more about people, to learn how they can be happier and more fulfilled.
My interests ranged (and still do) from hip-hop to opera, theatre and the performing arts, media and martial arts.
After holding one corporate and two side jobs (pizza and fishmonger), I started making good money for the first time in my life. But this came with a tiny problem: I was miserable. When I turned 21, I decided that I would change my life.
I remember the exact moment I changed my destiny
I knew I would have to make some major decisions, but it wasn’t until a famous movie was released that I knew the answers to all the questions in my head. Flashback to 1994, when Quentin Tarantino released “Pulp Fiction.” The movie had just premiered in Chinatown. One of the reasons I love art is how we can translate various forms of expression to match our version and interpret films, painting, plays, and dance in our own unique way. And there was one specific message from “Pulp Fiction” that struck me right in the heart so much that I decided to follow one character’s advice:
I’ll just walk the Earth… you know, walk the earth, meet people… get into adventures. Like Caine from ‘Kung Fu.’
From the moment Jules said that on screen, I realized that life is much like “Pulp Fiction.” And I also realized that I could change my reality if I was able to rewrite the inner story I told about myself every day. That next morning, I quit my three jobs. Good-bye to the mornings of selling fish at the market. Good-bye to the clerical work at an engineering firm. Good-bye to the evenings and weekends surrounded by pizza.
I was done with the old Andrew. I didn’t want that version of me to be the starring actor in my story any longer.
Instead, I’d become who I always wanted to be.
I started being myself.
Fast forward to present time. I have gained over 25 years of knowledge while researching Tibetan philosophy, Indian yogic traditions, Chinese internal healing arts, theatre and the performing arts. I’ve travelled the world. And now, I have found my purpose in mentoring, travelling, and creating innovative online programs that are aimed at assisting the evolution of consciousness that is happening around the world.
You must be completely transparent.
That is my belief. Be honest with the people who support you—your tribe. The dawn of the age of the micro-influencer has arrived. The best way to stand out now is to stand before everyone as your most authentic self. You no longer have to fake it till you make it. Do what I did. Cast aside what makes you miserable and embrace the true you. Create a wonderful life, and enjoy the adventure.
Begin by sharing your journey
There’s a common theme that I’ve found while working with my international clients and friends. Many people don’t own their story. But with the birth of things like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook, you can now start creating your story and sharing it with the rest of the world in a unique and exciting way.
Before, only a select group of people, like celebrities, had enough privilege to share their life journey and their stories. Now, even normal people can transform themselves into something great. It’s okay if you don’t know where to start—because that’s where I come in. See, if I’ve been using photos and videos for years now to develop my own brand. I know clear methods of storytelling and branding that can help you stand out as your most authentic self.
I can help you reclaim your story as I did mine. And remember:
The bravest thing anyone can do is to tell their story.
Now you know the reason why I have devoted my life to creating a community of creative, conscious entrepreneurs. Everything I’ve been doing for over two decades has been in the pursuit of helping others align with their true selves—and I know I can help you too.
Connect with me on Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn.
Thank you for taking the time to read my origin story. I’m so grateful that we’ve connected, and I look forward to the journey that lies ahead.
